Ashlee Simpson in a black Jenny Packham gown with embellished sheer bodice. Ashlee accessorised with Loree Rodkin jewellery and with hair and makeup Ashlee was the perfect picture of Old Hollywood Glamour

Having worn many neutral colours of late the beautiful and very talented Michelle Williams has worn some very beautiful colours both at the Golden Globes and at the SAG Awards, wearing a Valentino dress in signature red. Michelle's dress featured lace detailing at the neckline and an asymmetric hemline. Michelle accessorised with a gold bracelet by....., a red and gold clutch by........ and red strappy sandals by which I wasn't too fond of.

Amber Heard was amazing in a black Zac Posen gown from his Pre-Fall 2012 collection. The gown featured cutouts at the waist, chest and shoulders. Her textured up do was the perfect finish

Naya Rivera was definitely a favourite of mine and was an absolute bombshell. Her Naeem Khan dress with plunging neckline featured sleeves on the runway but Naya chose to go without them which I think was a wonderful choice. Her gown sparkled with the beautiful embellishments which she complemented with Neil Lane jewellery. Soft curls and natural makeup helped make this look perfection. Bravo :)

Having really upped the fashion stakes at the Golden Globes awards a few weeks ago, a lot was expected from Angelina Jolie at the 2012 SAG Awards. In comparison, her draped black liquid Jenny Packham gown was much simpler but she did look lovely. She accessorised with a bracelet and earrings from House of Lavande and black peep toe Gucci pumps. She kept her hair down and had smokey eye makeup.

Katrina Bowden was celebrating a few things at this years SAG Awards having gotten engaged to Ben Jorgenson the night before. Katrina wore a gown by bridal specialist Amsale and while usually I think it is a bit odd to wear a bridal gown to an awards show I can kind of forgive her on this occasion hehe. Her strapless gown had a sheer tulle overlay which was covered in floral beading. Katrina accessorised with her brand new engagement ring, a nude clutch and soft curls.

Miss Kelly Osbourne went for a simpler look at this awards show in a white Badgley Mischka gown from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection. Her gown featured pattern cap sleeves and a white belt with tassle. She added a pop of colour with a bright lip and wore her hair in a high ponytail.

The always sexy Sofia Vegara wore a strapless pleated bodice Marchesa gown in the most beautiful raspberry colour. She accessorised with Lorraine Schwartz jewels which included a beautiful purple statement bracelet and earrings. No while Sofia always looks lovely and really knows how to dress for her body I can't help but wonder if she will ever go for a different style. I would love to see her pull of a grecian/flowy gown and really shake us up but until then I think she will continue to be predictable in her gown choices. Nontheless, she is always gorgeous.

The beautiful Kaley Cuoco looked like a princess at the 2012 SAG Awards in a strapless mint green Romona Keveza ball gown. I absolutely love this dress and am one of those people that love a good princess look. I especially love the textures of this gown. While I do love her braided up do, I think that combining that do with the dress is a bit much. However, I think she glowed and looked completely gorgeous.

Natalie Portman was chic and elegant in a gorgeous silk chiffon Giambattista Valli gown from the very recent 2012 Spring Couture collection. Her flowing strapless plum gown was cinched at the waist and had a folded and pleated detail on the bodice. Natalie accessorised with a sparkly clutch, braclet and
beautiful earrings. Natalie was one of many to have a braided up do.

The very stylish Emma Stone took a break from her lovely long gowns wearing this black strapless Alexander McQueen dress with a mid-calf hemline. The dress had lace detailing on the bodice and a full skirt. Emma also carried the most amazing Alexander McQueen box clutch

Dianna Agron also went for a simpler look at the SAG Awards in comparison to her look from the Golden Globes. Her fuchsia Carolina Herrera had a deep V-neck, a fuchsia belt and vertical ruffle detail down the centre. Dianna showed everyone just how a braided up do should be and accessorised with Fred Leighton jewellery and Jimmy Choo 'Koko' platform sandals in purple suede.

Lea Michelle looked amazing in a Atelier Versace gown from the Fall 2011 collection. The Grecian style gown in the very popular pale gray colour had a corseted bodice with single shoulder and a thigh high slit that showed off Lea's gorgeous long legs. Lea accessorised with a number of bangles, a glittery clutch and silver pointed blade pumps by Casadei. Lea kept her hair down and quite natural which I loved.

Shailene Woodley wore a sequined gray L'Wren Scott column gown with red and white floral print. Shailene pulled her hair back into a low ponytail and completed her look with Irene Neuwirth Jewellery.

Emaily Blunt chose this beautiful green Oscar de la Renta gown to the 2012 SAG Awards. Her one shoulder gown had beautifully placed draping and she completed her look with silver Jimmy Choo 'Linda' peep toe platform sandals and a Swarovski clutch.

Jayme Mays was a vision in this sequined gown by Reem Acra. Her black sweeping gown was from the Fall 2011 collection and featured a semi-high neckline, cap sleeves and sheer lace back. Jayma swept her hair up into a high ponytail, wore drop earrings, and Brian Atwood shoes and carried a Judith Leiber clutch.

At this years awards shows Stacy Keibler has kept her looks quite simple and understated having left the spotlight to the actors and actresses being nominated yet has been stunningly beautiful, elegant and classic everytime. At the SAG Awards, Stacy stepped out in a black lace Marchesa fit and flare gown with off the shoulder sleeves and blew me away!! She looked out of this world on the arm of George Clooney, I could not keep my eyes off her! She carried a black clutch and wore her hair in a tousled up do. Definitely one of my favourites :)

Sarah Hyland went for a Temperley London embroided column dress with a deep V-neckline and flutter sleeves. The dress was white and appears to be a tiny bit sheer. In my own opinion, I think this is a bit mature for Sarah. She often does quite well on the red carpet and for such a young and fun girl I think she could have gone for a dress that highlights that. Her kair and makeup was wonderful and she accessorised with a nude clutch, bracelet, earrings and a ring.

Zoe Saldana chose a white dress by Givenchy that comes from the recent Spring Couture collection. Her dress was so interesting, it featured a sheer overlay at the bodice which was embellished at the neckline, the sleeve hem and at the waist. Zoe also carried a Givenchy clutch. Unfortunately I was not a fan of Zoe's shoe choice. She wore a pair of nude peep toe platform 'd'Orsay' pumps with black embroidery by Giuseppe Zanotti

Rose Byrne took a huge fashion leap at the 2012 SAG Awards by choosing to wear a white Elie Saab jumpsuit, and she totally rocked it. The heavily embellished jumpsuit was equisite, sparkled at every turn and was perfectly tailored. She paired the jumpsuit with Jimmy Choo shoes, a bracelet and ring and a black clutch. As much as I hate to do this, there was one thing that I wasn't too fond of and that is her bob hair cut but from the neck down, this look is amazing.
